Production Line of Stone Crushing

Zhongde Machinery provides the whole set of sand and stone crushing, building stone production line and stone material production line. The stone material production line is formed by jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen) and belt conveyor. The best performance can be achieved by using the suitable type according to different technical demands.

1. Flow of Production Line

First, primary crush material by jaw crusher (coarse jaw crusher) and then send it to the fine crusher (fine jaw crusher) or impact crusher by belt conveyor; after the fine crush, send material to the vibrating screen; the vibrating screen separates stone by size; stone with qualified size will be sent to the sand maker; and for those unqualified stone will be sent back to the fine jaw crusher. Stone in the sand maker will be grinded to all kinds of sand
